By using ChanceKit you agree to treat it as an as-is entertainment and education utility. The site gives you buttons that map pseudorandom draws onto labels. It does not give you odds to bet, a system to beat a game, or a warranty that a particular result will appear.
No gambling product
ChanceKit is not a casino, sportsbook, lottery, or wagering service. Nothing on the site is an offer to play for money. Do not use the tools to pick bets, lottery numbers, or 'systems.' A fair draw has no memory and no payout.
No professional advice
Results are not medical, legal, financial, or safety advice. They are not a recommendation to do the thing written on the label. People affected by a choice should agree before a coin stands in for a decision. Teachers are responsible for how they use a roster in a browser.
As-is
The tools may change, break, or go offline. Local lists can disappear when a browser clears storage. To the extent the law allows, the publisher disclaims warranties and is not liable for decisions you make with a random label. If you cannot accept that, do not use the site.

Can I rely on a result in a dispute?
Only if the people involved agreed to that rule and can still see the result. The site does not notarize flips, and a reload will not reproduce them.
May I embed or link a tool?
You may link to the public pages. Do not copy the brand onto a casino or a misleading lookalike. There is no embed program in this version.
